Lenticularis clouds
One evening I saw a cloud formation I had never seen before.
Rushed back inside to get a camera before it disappeared and this was what I had been looking at.
I believe they are called Lenticularis and named as such because of their smooth and soft appearance. Apparently, they are commonly reported as UFO’s. I am told they appear downwind of mountains or hills – which are in abundance locally.
They also appear to hover in place even when there is wind.
Enjoy.

Tangiers
Whilst I was born in Africa I have never neem to any part of North Africa. I have been through the straits of Gibraltar twice on boats been to east, west and South Africa.
With a little bit of looking – one thing that the internet is good at – I discovered that I can catch a Ferry from Tarifa in Spain to the old port of Tangiers. The ferry journey is short and the old port is very close to the oldest parts of the city.
